How to delete tags, triggers, variables in your google tag manager account.

So to get started, head over to your Google Tag Manager account, and then just click on Tags.And pick tags you want to delete. So click on it and then you see these three little dots up there.

You click on it and get the option to delete, copy, changes, view and show notes.

But we obviously want to delete our tags. So click on that, and let's just click on delete again. And our tags got successfully deleted.

How to remove google tag manager.

1. Log into Google Tag Manager
2. Click on the Accounts Tab at the top
3. Go to the right and click on Account Settings
4. Click on Delete
5. This will delete the account. The container in this account will also be deleted along with its tags, triggers and variables.

Visitors to your website will no longer be served tags from within the container in this account.

How to remove the google tag manager preview

Exit preview mode

To exit preview mode from your container, click Leave Preview Mode, located in the orange banner on the Workspace Overview page.
